Without a housing meltdown this won’t see $26. Over 10% effective yield at $26 makes it exceptional with low rates.
Out of curiosity how much cash are you guys sitting on for a downturn? I’m about 7.5% right now but looking at probably 15-20% over the next year as a buffer. I’m still buying little parcels of shares but not going below that 7% or so. I was caught out in 2008 and 2009, cashless.
