    As I read it ..they have changed the debt into money and the conversion is at 905 of the value of the stock at the time of conversion...if the stock was at 10 cents ,the new shares would be acquired at 9 cents..The 1 cent is the absolute minimun they could be acq at....I think it is a good way of retiring debt.....hope so...will look forward to the AGM...hoping for an increase in value ...& the sp up
