Epic necro, but why do people think of the recent price action on these? They've been climbing up pretty steadily.
We're not quite halfway to December 2022 - is the price movement driven on speculation of increased capital requirements, leading to a buyback and reissue of compliant notes? Or simply based on adjustments in interest rate expectations?
