    Dear NABI (and Biota) Holders

    Wasnt quite clear if he was recommending Vote No or Yes at the start.

    Basically the way I read it - Vote NO and the arbitrage players will screw with you.

    Vote YES with a new CEO and Biota on board - you will reap long term benefits.
