Good morning
NABI shares scarcely moved overnight despite the change in deal terms making it materially more attractive than it was previously. It is up 4c at $1.75.
On my analysis, the value of NABI under the new deal terms is between US$1.94 and US$2.05, depending on whether the dividend is $28 million or $31 million.
I am buying NABI at current prices as it effectively represents a discounted entry into BTA.
