    Hmm, it concerns me the bad karma surrounding these two companies.

    The management/board of Nabi have essentially pointed a gun at their shareholders... accept the deal and/or sell some shares at rock bottom or wait 3 years or longer for the small stockowners' preferred liquidation option.

    We inherit some of these Nabi board members too lol.
