    From a few posts I've just seen over on Yahoo NABI message boards, this news is the last straw for holders - it sounds possible that this will cause a mass exodus of whichever retail holders are left and the numbers will be there to approve the Biota deal.

    I hope that the NABI CEO's involvement in the new Biota will be symbolic only...
