It is not strange at all if you think that the US market values bta at u$1.27 per share.
What is really strange is that Biota was trading at 60cents while The cap raising with free Nasdaq listing and some Nabi old furniture is to be done at 70cents per share.
ACL For example, raised at around 25cents (not so sure) per share earlier this year. now It is trading at around 55cents per share after the very dilutive cap raising.
