Warren Buffett is now publicly opposing Kraft's takeover of Cadbury. Why? Because it dilutes shareholders value in the existing business when you pay a premium. He is a common sense man in a world where common sense is scarce.

NAB's large shareholders need to follow Buffett's lead and stand up to PREVENT nab's crazy takeovers of AXA and the even more ridiculous Northern Rock (omg).

As Buffet says "shareholders should act like owners." Well come on instos if you want the share price to go up then do something by making nab management do NOTHING. Egos, big ideas and poor takeover decisions in the past have cost holders dearly.
