    I say 10c is plucking a figure out of thin air. It is meaningless. The stock is either worth considerably more than it is today (after clarity from syndicate) or it is worth zero. There is no conceivable way the company can be worth $35m. It is either trading insolvent in that case zero or meeting its obligations therefore earning cash, therefore a multiple of today.
