Im a bit confused, correct me if im wrong but my understanding was that IM3 would be the entity listing in the US, not MNS.
Therefore Im not sure that the funds from that listing would flow back into MNS without losing IM3 ownership, which I dont think would be a good idea neither.

So I would expect Nachu funding to be be partly debt and partly public/private placement. Happy to be corrected, that IM3/C4V/MNS is a tricky setup
