The dairy figure was 5%, not 3.5%, brings it into line with the ttp , but not sure if that will actually end up being an increase of not. Extension of some drug patents a win for US, but only 2 years. Rules of origin changes may actually be of benefit to Canada .
Chapter 19 dispute resolution , no change. Other changes pretty minor, and quite reasonable.
No-one really won or lost much , Canadian dollar up.
Window dressing for the mid terms .
Very little for either side to complain about really.
Won't prevent the sad little silly wavers from dancing around, but that was going to happen no matter what.
I'm reminded of the messiah scene in the Life of Brian.
US voters pretty dumb, should be a positive politically.
