I don't know much about them. I have a friend who was a rep for a weighbridge company last time I spoke to him. I guess I could ask him. Though just doing a quick bit of searching. I would say you would get something very nice and substantial for 100k. Though they might even just lease it.
It's a good point. Seeing infrastructure go in and any site works related to pass is all good. The weighbridge is probably the most significant indicator of things getting close.
