OK I didn't know that. But I'm not sure where you're going with it. What objection do you see coming from them? Truck movement wouldn't cross their land, dust control measures can be put in place, the DOD explode bombs in one of the pits so noise shouldn't be an issue. We're doing them a favour filling in the holes so their stupid horses won't fall in them if they escape. I hate the horse racing industry, one of the most corrupt on earth.
