Punter why would you need a weighbridge anyway. Charge by truck capacity. Charge for maximun truck capacity. Assume all truckies conform to laws relating to max loads. Are truckies honest? Do they value keeping their licence? Do spot check random sampling.
As for wash down, NAG have all the water in the world. Easy to set up wash down facility.
So Yallourn is the new PASS site. I've heard there's a pit near Dubbo or Parkes. Worth looking into.
