In $As with Exchange Rate of 1.0987, that equates to A42.85c.
Holding 9.5m shares, that means NAGs holdings are valued at $4.070M (42.85c x 9.5m.)
That means NAGs could access $1.017M by selling off MAW (if needed) at the end of July 2020 & again at ▪ end of Jan 2021 & ▪ end if July 2021 & ▪ end of Jan 2022.
Future Cashflow source is sured up for 2 years but only if needed. They may need the 1st 25% in July but not the other 3 x 25% imo, better & bigger Cashflows on the way.
As for MAWs, they now have $17m in their 'kick'. I'm not expecting their NAGs holdings to stay at 10%. A move to 15% is likely before the end of July possibly but certainly by AGM time (Nov.)
MAWs next move on NAGs could be a Share Deal or it could be Cash Deal but it won't be at 5c like the last one.
