No he is not but he may as well be. He is a direct conduit, the aim is to get people in to keep this thing afloat by posting deceitful things like 10 cent divvies will be imminent and then deny, and after being challenged deferring the deadline. His deceit is on the verge of criminal condoning the dubious practices like with holding sensitive news from share holders and more.
His latest tact is talk up a pathetic amount of share action claiming that there were some sort of surreptitious news when it was an existing holder buying a measly sum and; he that was in the buy queue that he later pulled.
It's all very sad and as I say on the fringe of being illegal.
