Great post Muzz thank you. A frequent quote by many of our posters is DYOR. It would seem apparent that Morningstar now has done its own research and based on facts available ( the same facts we write about on this blog) has rerated on the potential. Brokers / Share Analysts live and die on their recommendations and they cannot afford to give wild or outlandish share valuations. Their customers pay for their services and suggestions. In fact Morningstar need to err on the side of caution. Therefore their suggested fair price of 32 cents is likely to be at the bottom of the range they actually think the stock is worth. Once we have more data from Racecourse Rd and diamond drilling results I suspect Morningstar's next rerate of NAG will make their 32 cents fair value look like an absolute bargain. Exciting times ahead guys. Go NAG.
