Do you know if NAG have to notify Shareholders regarding the Pre works PASS contract regardless of the outcome?

And does anyone have any idea when this might be?

Given that it has been a major stated goal for NAGs,
they would have an obligation to let shareholders know, as a part of providing timely & informed Reporting.

If your asking "could NAGs have been informed that they have missed out the PreWorks Contract & then failed to inform shareholders" ... then the answer is "No". That would be major breach of not disclosing "market sensitive" info. They would have to inform shareholders.

NAGs has neither missed out nor gained the PreWorks Contract, it simply hasn't been awarded yet. JH will award the contract/s in their timing not ours (unfortuneately) but heh thats the way the world goes round.

Patience is a word that comes to mind but I'd better not use it coz the kid will have another emotional outburst ... of impatience.
