The drive upward to 24c was speculative (anticipating PASS approval) but the problem with that is, it can easily reverse (at least partially) as it seems to have today.
Once official approval of PASS is obtained, there will be more substance & the push will be stronger and more sustainable IMO. The actual approval, once gained, is likely to see a SP more like 40c or more. I still think NAGs is a teenager Unc B and approval will bring the coming of age.
