NAG "competitions"(term not really acuate) only can deal in 'small' quantities, NAG are targeting large projects >1M tonne... Tunnels, Fishermans bend, possibly dredge spoil.
Without NAG, projects around Melbourne/Vic, will have to 'truck,treat and dispose' of PASS, which is costly, time consuming and may cause projects to be unfeasible.
IMO, NAG will have clients, banging down the doors once we have the Approval and word gets out.
