Mugsley recently posted a link on how PASS should be disposed of in the Metro Rail Project.
After reading it a few times it seems the brief was taylor made to what NAG has to offer.
After all the hoops that NAG has been through to get this approval - the bar has been set very high as to what will constitute appropriate disposal of PASS - especially for government projects.
Can't see anyone else getting close in competing with NAG for PASS
