The cost of of production Disseminated Gold per oz, depends largely on the grades. An Analyst did an independent report on NAGs a couple of years ago, Peter Ardent (See Announcements).

If a tonne of ore yields 0.8gms of Gold, which is what the report was assuming, then cost/oz was est at $950. So grades of 1.2gms/ton would mean same cost per ton of ore processed but more gold produced for that cost. So grades of 1.2 would incure costs of about $600/oz.

IMO, the yields for Wandean, should be min of 1.2gms, based on the drill results already done, for Clonbinane 1.8 gms. So its looking very good for the NAGs Gold Story. Profits of well over a $1,000 are quite likely at current gold price of $A1,727, could well be around $1,200/oz profit. What other gold producers have that Cost Structure?
