Even if we take the unsubstantiated trash talk figure of $25 per tonne for PASS
that equals $2.4 mill per week of soil when they hit a PASS patch and around 35 million for the whole PASS job.
We have a $12 million tax credit which means that one could conservatively say that about $20 million could be divvied up after NAG keep a few million up its sleeve

That's assuming $25 per tonne
Lime treatment alone costs about $40-50 per tonne
So one could safely assume that it will be $50 + per tonne to dump PASS
