Just thought I'd highlight some key points in the Nov 2008 address to share holders.

1) 100% of Nagambie Mining Lic 5412

2) Panagenis Medium term Gold Strategy was to commence Heap Leaching of Oxide Ore on Min 5412, Ore feed was to come from Min 5412 and also other Gold prospects Redcastle, Heathcote South, Graytown , Rushworth, Whroo and Nagambie Region, unfortunately not one of these areas produced an once of Gold for Nag.

3) Water and Rock sales to the up and coming Nagambie bypass, Mike Trumbull talks about the potential to provide 5 million tonne of Crushed Rock from the Nagambie Min site to Vic Roads , he notes that being within 3 Kilometres of the bypass it would cost far to much to truck it in for other sites. Unfortunalty Nag missed this contract, Nag did supply a limited amount of fill
but missed a great opportunity to cash in on the left over crushed rock from the Heap Leach Pad.
