Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals joins Balamara in Togo Bid

Balamara Resources Limited (“Balamara” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has secured the involvement of Indian fertilizer group Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals (“Nagarjuna”) in its consortium bidding for the world-class Togo Phosphate Project in West Africa.
Under a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) recently executed between the two parties Nagarjuna will work with Balamara on all aspects relating to the development of the Togo Phosphate Project, in the event that Balamara is successful in the tender process.
Balamara’s Managing Director Mike Ralston said “the addition of a partner of the size, scale and diversity of Nagarjuna added significant further value to its Togo Phosphate consortium, giving the combined group an impressive depth of expertise to successfully develop and deliver on all aspects of the Project.”
Balamara is awaiting feedback from the Togo Government regarding the final stage of the tender process for the Project.
