AGM Question

Has Nagarjuna's East Africa intentions as outlined in their Companies reports make the African relationship more tenable or are they looking to top up their dwindling imports which are halting their expansion plans?

(Not a question but brief background...Indian Govt subsidy being politically withheld (most likely a taxation bunfight) requiring N to withdraw this years dividend so they can retain cash for further expansion. Their also appears to be insufficient imports and the rupee is not helping. (Sounds familiar))
