The sad part, is both the rampers and Trumbull, think state of the art weighbridge is enough to get the trucks in the gate. More works and hiring needed, every reputable landfill company has it in place. Ask them if they know, what else is required, I bet, they have no idea, with no knowledge ramping continues,
