I do not believe with one offtake partner AUZ would be able to secure a $1.3 (AUD) project funding. However, time will show.
But then it depends on how strong the offtake partner will be. The lender(s) will want to take a charge of the cash-flow stream (amongst other covenants) unless the offtake partner has a profoundly strong financial position, other offtake partners would also be invited by AUZ (my opinion only).
I just hope that AUZ can at least secure an Offtake partner in 2021; this will pave the way forward.
