Ýou could be right. He hasn't been able to prove otherwise so far. But 1.5 bil is not a matter of joke. Arrangement of that amount whether by loan, offtake conditions etc is very difficult. This is not BHP or Rio, this is unknown company who doesn't have a track record of handling that kind of money. So it is not surprising to struggle to get someone on board.
