How do you know that they don't need a billion dollars or more or less.

Here we are the Owners/Shareholders of a Public Company and the BoD has not revised anything to give to the market let alone it's most important asset the shareholders and why not being transparent in all facets of a company's critical Financing required one would think the Board would have completed this by now, their lack of ability to Execute something so simple as revising figures to put out is nothing short of incompetent at the very least and shows why this BoD cannot be trusted.
