I feel this warrants its own thread.

Did I miss an ANN where SB said he was in talks with the NAIF?

I wrote this in another thread:

"This SHOULD be a no brainer to the NAIF.A$30m has already been put on the table by our offtake partner. More $ likely to be on the cards from our "Fines" offtaker.

That means out of their $5bn investment fund which has hardly been touched, they'd only need to throw $40m at the project to get it up and running NEXT YEAR.

And what fantastic PR for the govt that would be. "Supporting the Northern Territories' first Lithium mine and processing plant, creating 100's of local jobs and powering the economy forwards."

It's jobs, it's green energy focused, it's cheap, it's a new mine (first of its kind in the NT paving the way for others) - what's not to love?"

To what extent have CXO been talking with NAIF?

Why aren't they jumping at this?

Is it worth contacting them directly if CXO aren't forthcoming with news in this regard? If so @wenty / @Brumbie, would you please do the honours?
