I could be way off track here and am learning about this whole oil exploration/producing set up.

My understanding thus far is that NDO is about to hopefully receive 22% of possible oil from Galoc which will then officially make them become a producer. This will if succesfull put them in a far better financial position. They have touted figures of 15 billion barrels of possible oil and are looking at expressions of interest from a major player to JV with them. I was after some input re - that if you were a major would you look at going in with them now or wait a little longer to see how the oil is flowing.

I am learning about this whole thing so please forgive if I am a bit off track here.
