pending to me means pending ie not completed.
There are 2 announcements that appear to be aligned pending the "outcome" of negotiations. The second announcement "may" take place if the "pending" is finalised(?).
Or will the announcement be that a further announcement is imminent while the stock I dare say is suspended pending the outcome of substantial negotiations in relation to funding.
