How long would it have taken to repeat the dog toxicity trials? Surely no longer than 2 years? I am sure that the cost of such a trial would not have been the prohibitive factor.
To date we have no indication that PBT will announce to the market when they will have submitted. In fact probably a good question to ask at the AGM in that will they announce to the market when there response package has been submitted.
Once submitted it may take between 3 to 6 months to get a final approval or rejection from the FDA as there will always be additional questions asked by the FDA which will require responses or additional data.
You would expect that if the partial hold was lifted that Prana would be up and running with progressing the clinical trials for HD and Alzheimers but there is no talk of whether this would be the case with regards to recruiting of patients and availability of funding for a decent sized clinical trial.
