just puutin an opinion in again though i don't hold.
it may be worth lookin further into staff at JRV. ie i believe Duncan's wife possibly? and maybe daughter? have or do continue to work at JRV??
i know this isn't uncommon but i would presume shareholders would want to make sure they have the right credentials and competence to also perfomr their duties at a fair remmuneration.
i don't know, it may be all honky dory but if your going to all this trouble you may want to go the whole hog.
