It's sheer stupidity, because in the long run most companies have to get back to the sharemarket to raise more funds. Why even set up two companies in the first place? I mean, I have watched some companies go on for years drawing directors fees and what have you from the market on very sparse announcements and spinning out hopes for the 'investors' with diligent but vague anns., but these guys actually have got something. I don't get it.
I think 'inept' is the answer here - makes you wonder if they can run a company - really it's just the one bloke Arun Jagatrumka, who is chairman in both companies, GUJ and INR.
