Which gets back to why go public.

If you are running a business and you screw your customers you only get them once (unless it is a certain profession)

Treat them well and it is like sheering a sheep, you can do it over and over.

Where is the support going to come from?

This could have been handled much better. The last time this happened and T4 spoke to them it appeared as if they had learnt something but clearly not the case.

Very sad.....with reference to dinner for two it would be like turning up and seeing Hannibal on the other side of the table!!!! And no meal between you....
