I had a look through the posts. The poster chinesewhispers said he is an S708 investor, which means he is a "Sophisticated Investor", according to the Corporations Act. This means he gets details of placements, etc, before the average punter. He provided the details to holders, and asked if his participation in the placement might be worthwhile. I thought he did a good thing. Don't be so suspicious! He couldn't have had those details unless e was an SI. They're good people to have around because they can, and often do, let shareholders know what the price of the raising will be.

Good luck, holders. The discount isn't too steep.
