I tend to agree. Although I like OSL and am happy holding a small parcel, their announcements are somewhat inconsistent. I've now seen them refer to being on track to file for CE mark by Q3 (assume this only means submit application), but then also state that they are on track for approval???
For a device application such as this I would imagine their existing clinical data is not sufficient which means they will need funding soon to start a bigger trial. Might be able to make some money trading this on the pump and dumps in the coming years, but in my opinion any approval and subsequent sales are likely to be a long way off.
