    You know the last 24 hours has rattled my cage again.

    On Friday we lose $14 Billion in market cap on this stock - all because of the iron ore price - the perils of narrowing down your revenue streams.

    Last night a reminder that oil was a handy foil for such events not so long ago. Chevron and Exxon announcing eye watering profits for yet another quarter.

    There was no need to so hastily jettison BHPP. It could have all been done in a more measured way to
    extract better value (or not at all)

    The Board were bullied and frightened into it....I just hope not too many shareholders followed their woke lead and sold off their Woodside allocations because Woodside has been the bigcap star of the ASX in 2022 and there is no shame in holding oil assets/stocks .....they are absolutely critical in the transition to renewables.
