At last it was bought up by at least 2 Senators to NYSE chief Cox last night during the hearing and action on the suject was discussed. Probobly into the too hard basket but admitted NSS had a large involvement in Fannie and Freddie's freefall. He said they will look at introducing the uptick rule and lodgement of script before a sale.
But I understood it would only apply to them F & F.
