i am coming to the conclusion that whoever ends up winning the NAL bid will be getting a poisoned chalice, as the competition will have been such that they will have to pay so much there will be little fat to work with, especially so if its not SYA, these canadians have really stuffed this for everyone but the creditors.
if SYA win the bid they have just delayed the whole project for 15 months for nothing, only screwing SYA in the process.
one of the problems is they know how desperate SYA was & would keep saying yes to all their shannanigans .
