I actually think SYA and PLL are probably having a serious discussion in pushing for NAL with a JV option or going it alone...(purely speculation) can't jump the gun straight after some 'monitor' BS with IQ and CATL.
The extension will likely be:
1). making sure NAL facility is still operational (noting Covid in Canada is running amok)
2). JV is on the cards
3). Delay coincides with PLL US market entry ~18 May
3). Slight stall for SYA and PLL to look at options.
See what happens I guess.
