I would say there is a scenario that could support this, but I don't think it would be their first option.
I could see Sayona splitting into 2 entities. The one we know as Sayona Quebec which would support NA and the 2nd being Sayona WA. This might allow Sayona to list on the US exchange and open up the same opportunites as PLL now has. I am not fully versed in how companies that have done this in the past organize this ( the most recent to have done this is Livent when they split of from FMC in an IPO) . We may even be able to do as a SPAC, again I am only speculating and how this would occur is beyond my level at this point.
If anyone is interested in this idea you can lookup how FMC spun livent out - in their case SH were taken care of very nicely.
