I get the feeling that the final outcome for the NAL processing plant may involve a JV between Canadian paries and perhaps Sayona or other bidder with a commitment to build the hydroxide plant. The “Americanization” of Piedmont and possible “Canadization - I made that word up” of Sayona would certainly help as both Biden and Trudeau want to help green energy. Unfortunately, the process may take longer to sort out, so I will remain patient.
