Been watching on the side line for several months. Finally i would think it is time to buy a parcel. Haven been in contact with firm - and agree that FDA will be approved soon. Expect time frame to be about 4 weeks. Sellers have thined. VTI remains i feel largely traded and manipulated. No news of contracts. Perhaps later this year situation will change I hope. Appreciate if anyone has heard anything i havent to let us know.
