Why do you think the JV and earn-in rights to the asset is with Lithium Amerique Du Nord (North American Lithium Inc.) and NOT Sayona Mining (SYA:ASX)?
Why do you think the private placement was with Sayona Quebec (SYQ) who paid the C$1.5M cash (and holds the 27M Jourdan Inc shares) and is agreeing to invest C$10M in the claims (and to complete a PFS) and NOT with Sayona Mining (SYA:ASX)?
What direct impact do you see for the invested parties from the JV?
