I've held KIM since 2000
Management split Kim into two with Blina effecivley doubling operating expences and at the same time doubling directors fees with free options.
Question? Would the mine be viable as one unit and not split?
They then roll over and attempt to lock shareholders into a deal with a 2 mil penalty clause on day one with out waiting to se if there any other interesting partys.
I also hold WES and was pis, sed off with Coles board trying to get a higher bid.
Coles efforts makes Kennardys look pathetic, he is either very very dumb,very smart, or it wasn't in his interest to get a better price or a mix of the above
I was never happy with management but thought eventally there would be a dividend.
What a waste of time.
