name a minister performing well....

I was watching Chris Kenny on Sky earlier tonight. He said earlier in the week he posed a question to his guests Janet Albrechtson and Miranda Devine to nominate the best performing federal Minister. They both struggled. Devine nominated Butler because he has a sense of humour over his Rooty Hill jibe. Janet nominated Penny Wong for having two hospital-pass portfolios and performing them with grace. Kenny suggested Albanese for some of his infrastructure projects.

It's a fair question though:- who is the best performing Minister in the Gillard government and why?

[I confess to being a political tragic, but I'm genuinely stumped. Maybe McClelland for understanding what the first law officer's role is - as opposed to his successor Roxon who debased it. Apart from that, I'm genuinely out of ideas.]
